Planning Permission in Gosport

We have been working on a few buildings along Stoke Road.

This week we receive planning permission for the conversion on an underutilised commercial store into a residential unit in the town centre.

We are extremely please having achieved approval on this tricky site, there were a number of constraints to overcome during the process. The design includes improvements to the building fabric and the addition of renewable energy generation on site.

We are looking forward to progressing on to the delivery stages, through to project handover.
