Planning Permission in Curdridge

On a recommendation, the client approached us to obtain permission for an extension to his garage. Upon visiting the dwelling it was quite evident the proposal was within a large root protection zone of two mature oak trees.
We introduced the client to Mark Hinsley Associates, and utilising previous experience of similar situations to prepare a detailed planning application addressing the likely comments before they arose.
The application was approved within the eight week timeframe without any comments. We look forward to starting construction next year.
