Planning permission has been approved for a two storey side and rear extension and terrace in Southampton. The site topography to the rear of the property was extremely challenging requiring early design stage civil and structural engineering to ensure the proposal would be viable to construct.
The final proposal thoughtfully considered the clients needs and the site constraints to provide additional accommodation and a raised amenity space to enhance the properties connection to the garden areas.
